Our ethics: Accountability. Transparency. Sustainability

Service Innovation Group is committed to fighting fraud and corruption in order to maintain sound, responsible and ethical business practices. As a mark of this strong commitment, we are making this alert portal available to all our stakeholders to report any perceived unethical practices or behaviour.

Definition of whistleblower.

A whistleblower is a natural person who reports or discloses, without direct financial compensation and in good faith, information concerning a crime, an offence, a threat or harm to the general interest, a violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of an international commitment regularly ratified or approved by France, a unilateral act of an international organisation taken on the basis of such a commitment, European Union law, law or regulation, a breach of the Anti-Bribery Code of Conduct (where Article 17 of the Sapin II Act is applicable). Where the information was not obtained in the course of the professional activities mentioned in Article 8(1) of the Sapin II Act, the whistleblower must have had personal knowledge of it, i.e. be the personal witness or victim of the facts. However, this is not necessary if the information was obtained in the course of professional activities. The whistleblowing can relate to facts that have occurred or are very likely to occur.

How to transmit an alert?

We have subscribed to the alert system ethicorp.com which allows alerts to be collected and processed. Accessible to all, this system guarantees confidentiality:
- the identity of the whistleblower,
- the identity of the individual who is the subject of the alert,
- of the information collected.

The whistleblowing system ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and the person to whom the whistleblowing is directed.
In order to ensure that your alert is dealt with in the best possible way, we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible to describe the events that you may have experienced or witnessed. You can also attach supporting documents if you have them.
