When we think of the sales force, we immediately think of the various clients with their dedicated teams: CDV, CS or PMT and a research officer assigned to a particular file. Each one manages its own activity without taking a step back or sharing its best practices.
In order to create a cohesion within the division and get a sense of perspectivein order toprovide new added value to our customersthe management organised a Team Building in November with the following objectives
- Learning to work together
- Valuing each other's work
For this purpose, the day was divided into two parts =
- A Escape Game which highlighted a lack of listening and cohesion in the teams but in a playful setting
- From workshops which themes were = Reporting / Competence building of field employees / Action Plan analysis
A great many ideas and areas for improvement came out of the workshops, which shows that the exchange between the different actors in each dossier is constructive and that by working together the results are only better!
Everyone left with the desire to develop their expertise to serve each other and our clients!
