The Field Manager's job

We are 7 FIELD MANAGERS divided into 7 regions:

  • MANAGER REGION BRETAGNE represented by Marie Josée
  • MANAGER REGION ILE DE FRANCE/LOIRET Represented by Farida
  • MANAGER NORTH/PICARDY REGION represented by Brigitte
  • MANAGER EAST REGION represented by Jacqueline
  • MANAGER REGION RHONE ALPES represented by Agnès
  • MANAGER SOUTH EAST REGION represented by Dominique
  • MANAGER SOUTHWEST REGION represented by Magali

 

The responsibilities of the field manager range from recruitment until control of all the parameters that allow for the quality of the fieldwork on commercial activities.

The Field Manager has several roles :

  • Recruiting staff meeting the specifications of the operation concerned: knowledge, skills, sector, availability
  • Receiving calls from stakeholders and managing incoming applications
  • Assigning staff according to the operational specifications of the client's campaign
  • Follow the briefstelephone training, follow-up to tel quizzes, WebTraining, eLearning, physical training
  • Controlling logistics
  • Presence control facilitators
  • Going to the field and meet its staff
  • Managing anomalies detected before, during or after the interventions
  • Regular contact with the sales force of customers
  • Follow-up and reporting in accordance with internal processes
