SORAP 2025 social audit: Service Innovation Group France confirms its sectoral compliance

Service Innovation Group France obtained validation of the 2025 social audit conducted by the SORAP (Syndicat des Professionnels de la Relation commerciale).

This independent assessment, carried out every two years, looks at the social, contractual and operational practices of companies in the commercial outsourcing : commercial animation, sales force, merchandising. It guarantees compliance with the regulatory, contractual and professional requirements in force.

Recognised compliance for all our field systems

Service Innovation Group France stood out this year for its high level of compliance with all the criteria audited, covering both HR aspects and operational practices in the field.

The five main areas audited in 2025:

  • Types of employment contract Verification of the appropriate use of open-ended contracts, fixed-term contracts, fixed-term work contracts, and breakdown of workforce.
  • Compensation and business expenses application of Acoss scales for meals, reimbursement of expenses, consistency with missions, etc.
  • Compliance with the legal and contractual framework use of job descriptions, working hours, night-time bonuses, cancellation conditions, etc.
  • Securing career paths CDII over 500 hours, business continuity, legal framework, etc.
  • Compliance of field practices consistency of working hours, team supervision, respect for distances and working conditions

CSR now included in sectoral social audits

A highlight of this 2025 edition: the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is officially included in the audit criteria. It is becoming a recognised lever for social and professional compliance. This shift confirms the growing importance of responsible commitment in the sector's evaluation criteria.
