This is the number of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems implemented today<\/strong><\/span> at SIG!<\/p>\n

It is in 2001<\/strong> was born the first GIS IVR<\/span>. This tool, initially set up to meet an operational demand, has evolved over the years. Its technology and use have diversified.<\/p>\n

In 2011<\/strong>, SIG internalizes IVS<\/span> in order to customise it as desired and extend it to other uses.<\/p>\n

The GIS IVR has thus become a a real relay for the exchange<\/span> and data collection<\/span>.<\/p>\n

And what a success, over 357,000 calls since 2011<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0!!!<\/p>\n

In-store badging, telephone quizzes, results collection, etc., the IVR is used for all MIS activities: Sales Force, Merchandising, Sales Animation.<\/p>\n

For each intervention, the SIG \"voices\" work on personalising the IVR: using the right intonations, pronouncing clearly, the exercise is not always easy and several takes are sometimes necessary to provide the user-friendliness and the expected result!<\/p>\n
