Julien A., high-tech sales promoter, is a perfect example. Here's what he has to say about his career with the company, which has been rich in varied experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Presentation<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">Hello, my name is <strong>Julien A.<\/strong> I am currently <strong>high-tech promoter<\/strong> for the company <strong>Service Innovation Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Careers at Service Innovation Group<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">It was an acquaintance of mine who helped me discover <strong>SIG (Service Innovation Group)<\/strong>. I have <strong>started<\/strong> my first missions <strong>in 2002 when I was a student<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">At the time, I was carrying out one-off interventions for <strong>merchandising<\/strong> in <strong>food superstore,<\/strong> alongside my <strong>BTS<\/strong>. I made <strong>locations<\/strong>s, the <strong>relocations<\/strong>the <strong>restocking<\/strong>s, the <strong>installation of POS material<\/strong> on behalf of several <strong>customers<\/strong> of GIS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">Then, once I had finished my studies, I worked for about ten years in the field of <strong>the car<\/strong>. Following a <strong>redundancy plan<\/strong>I decided to return to SIG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">I therefore <strong>resumed<\/strong> assignments with SIG in 2013, still on a one-off merchandising basis. It wasn't long before SIG put their trust in me and I started working for them. <strong>evolved<\/strong> to a <strong>pilot merchandiser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">J'<strong>framing<\/strong> a team of merchandisers for large-scale installations, I ensured that the rules were respected. <strong>instructions<\/strong> and the shops. I ensured compliance with <strong>planograms<\/strong>all in <strong>coordinating<\/strong> the activities of the merchandisers who accompanied me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">My <strong>relational<\/strong> with the shops, my <strong>efficiency<\/strong> in the assignments I was given meant that SIG entrusted me with more and more missions. A real <strong>relationship of trust<\/strong> has been established.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">Then in 2015, I <strong>applied for<\/strong> for a <strong>developer<\/strong> SIG offered me a full-time job in the high-tech sector. This is the position I hold today and in which I'm thriving. I have the <strong>responsibility<\/strong> a <strong>shop network<\/strong> for which I am the guarantor of <strong>quality<\/strong> of the <strong>service<\/strong> and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">I have <strong>also<\/strong> <strong>trained<\/strong> people on merchandising assignments for my client.<\/p>\n<h2>Professional contributions<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">Being able to <strong>evolve<\/strong> within SIG for a variety of assignments has been very <strong>beneficial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">All the assignments I have carried out have been <strong>enabled me to acquire autonomy and rigour, improve my interpersonal skills and use my experience to train colleagues.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">Each job has its <strong>specifics<\/strong> and every customer is different. What's interesting is being able to <strong>discovering several distribution networks and markets, working on behalf of several manufacturers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">For each mission, SIG would pass on to me the <strong>training<\/strong> and <strong>tools<\/strong> necessary to achieve them. My contacts at SIG have always <strong>answer my questions and support me<\/strong> in my missions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">It's really <strong>rewarding<\/strong> and all these <strong>experiences<\/strong> that today I feel <strong>at ease<\/strong> and <strong>autonomous<\/strong> in my mission.<\/p>\n<h2>Career prospects within SIG<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">I had the <strong>chance<\/strong> and the<strong>opportunity to grow<\/strong> at SIG and I don't intend to stop there!<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\">I <strong>wishes<\/strong> thereafter <strong>evolve<\/strong> to a <strong>sector manager<\/strong> within SIG. Only time will tell!<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Julien A.'s career at SIG shows that it is possible to progress within the company, provided you are motivated and seize the opportunities that arise. Thanks to his commitment, he has risen through the ranks and now holds a rewarding position as a promoter.
