What is the non-verbal part of communication? What is the weight of words when making contact? .......<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>The argument\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">What is a good argument? Is a feature a selling point?  Why is it important to rephrase? How do I prove my point? .......<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Consumer profiles<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">What argument should I put forward?
