{"id":4871,"date":"2022-03-01T00:01:59","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T23:01:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/?p=4871"},"modified":"2022-03-16T14:25:10","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T13:25:10","slug":"egalite-femmes-hommes-sig-obtient-99-sur-100","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/egalite-femmes-hommes-sig-obtient-99-sur-100\/","title":{"rendered":"Gender equality index: SIG scores 99\/100!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Gender Equality Index 2021, a reflection of our proactive policy<\/h2>\n<p>When it comes to gender equality, the year is off to a good start for Service Innovation Group!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #78bcea;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Our new gender equality index for 2021 is 99\/100!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a result, our index is now up by +0.5%.<strong>20 points per report<span style=\"color: #000000;\">t to the<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/index-egalite-professionnelle-femmes-hommes-2020\/\">year 2020<\/a><\/span><\/strong> from 79 to 99 points.<\/p>\n<p>This new score reflects the <strong>voluntarist policy<\/strong> of SIG in the fight against gender inequality. A constant effort.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Understanding the gender equality index<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Created by the Avenir Professionnel law of September 2018, the professional equality index was designed to put an end to inequalities between women and men in the world of work. From now on, French companies must publish their results in terms of gender parity every year. The aim is to achieve a minimum score of 75\/100. <\/span>This index measures progress in terms of gender equality through five objective indicators and, where necessary, puts in place corrective actions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5 criteria, 1 score out of 100: GIS scores<\/h2>\n<p>This index is made up of five indicators giving a maximum score of 100 points.<\/p>\n<p>The indicators are as follows, followed by the number of points that SIG has obtained for the year 2021.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gender pay gap.  Out of 40, we obtained <strong>39\/40<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Difference in the rate of individual increases (excluding promotions) between women and men. Scored out of 20, we obtained a maximum score of<strong> 20\/20<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Difference in promotion rates between men and women. Scored out of 15, we achieved a maximum score of <strong>15\/15<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Percentage of employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave. <strong>No <\/strong><strong>calculable <\/strong>(no return from maternity leave during the reference period)<\/li>\n<li>Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the ten employees with the highest salaries .
