{"id":3698,"date":"2015-11-20T14:22:56","date_gmt":"2015-11-20T13:22:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/?p=652"},"modified":"2022-05-31T12:27:45","modified_gmt":"2022-05-31T10:27:45","slug":"temoignage-dune-nouvelle-recrue-sur-son-parcours-dintegration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/temoignage-dune-nouvelle-recrue-sur-son-parcours-dintegration\/","title":{"rendered":"Testimony of a new recruit on her integration process"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>We interviewed one of our new recruits (Juliette E) to get her impressions of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/temoignage-dune-nouvelle-recrue-sur-son-parcours-dintegration\/\">induction course<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>1\/Hello Juliette, how were you recruited by SIG?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>I was contacted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/la-parole-a-marie-jo-manager-terrain\/\">Marie Jos\u00e9 Besnard (GIS field manager)<\/a> who found my CV on a recruitment website. She offered me<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/letat-des-lieux-sur-la-reprise-des-animations-commerciales\/\"> animations<\/a> in December for a cosmetics brand that I immediately accepted.<\/li>\n<li>I had already done animations for several agencies on food products. What attracted me was working on animations for a cosmetics brand, I had never done one before, although I really wanted to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>2\/ How did your integration process go?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I had never heard of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/\">GIS<\/a> before. I am pleasantly surprised by the way the company works and is very, very clear.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">After my first contact with Marie Jos\u00e9, I received a welcome email with my login details, my field contact details and links to the employee area.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I also received a welcome booklet by e-mail which explained to me everything about your company, its place in the market, its values....<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">3\/ What did you think of our welcome booklet?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Everything was very clear to me. Really good! It allowed me to know and understand the company and how it works. Everything is on one document, which is great!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>4\/ What do you think of the system set up for new employees? <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Really good. The other agencies work in much the same way except that you gave me all the information I needed from the start. In the other agencies we were given it piecemeal or had to go and get it ourselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>5\/ What can you tell us about the video interview you conducted?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I had never done it before, it's a good thing, it allows SIG to have a first contact with its employee. I thought it was a pretty good system.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I read the questions before the recording, which allowed me to prepare myself. Within 15 minutes the video was done because I easily understood how it worked and how to use it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>6\/ How do you see your professional future within SIG?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I hope that I will do many interesting assignments with SIG, as I will do in December.
