{"id":3690,"date":"2015-11-13T10:00:46","date_gmt":"2015-11-13T09:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/?p=344"},"modified":"2022-05-23T18:37:19","modified_gmt":"2022-05-23T16:37:19","slug":"chefs-de-secteur-gms-h-f","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sigeurope.fr\/en\/chefs-de-secteur-gms-h-f\/","title":{"rendered":"Area manager GMS (M \/F)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>the position is available: GMS Area Manager (M\/F)<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>For the ENERGIZER and WILKINSON brands, we are looking for a <strong>Area Manager GMS (M \/F)<\/strong> :<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Sector:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Clermont-Ferrand: <\/strong><\/span>03, 23, 18, 19, 36, 63, 87, 43<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Your mission is twofold:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A fleet of supermarkets to visit in full commercial autonomy (70% of the activity).\n<ul>\n<li>Gain DN (product presence) and PDL (share of shelf space)<\/li>\n<li>Gain visibility (locations, facings, signage, POS, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Seize opportunities: 50 % of Pile turnover is achieved off the shelf!<\/li>\n<li>Chasing the breaks<\/li>\n<li>Sell and implement promotional operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A fleet of hypermarkets to be shared with the client team (30% of the business) :\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out action plans in collaboration with the brands' CS<\/li>\n<li>Defend the DN (product presence) and the PDL (shelf space share)<\/li>\n<li>Implementing ranges and MEAs<\/li>\n<li>Leading the actions of merchandising teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In all cases, you must be the spokesperson for leading, innovative brands with significant and varied seasonal activities. You must also report all quantitative and qualitative information about your activity.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Profile <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>More than a diploma, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a real commercial sense. You are known for your tenacity, your commitment and your ability to convince and to make things happen. You have proven knowledge of shelf optimisation in supermarkets. You must be able to adapt to versatility (2 missions and 2 brands).<br \/>\nWe are looking for a challenging, team-oriented and customer-oriented individual who will be able to succeed in this role and grow within our company. Experience in hypermarkets and supermarkets would be a plus for this position.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>10 month fixed term contract to be filled as soon as possible,<\/strong> <strong>prospect of a permanent contract.<\/strong><br \/>\nA fixed salary of 1700\u20ac gross + a potential 300\u20ac monthly bonus<br \/>\nEquipment provided: vehicle, mobile phone, PC, tablet<br \/>\nReimbursement of living expenses.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Are you available and interested?
