Can you tell us a little about your career?<\/u> ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I joined the company as a data entry operator for 1 year and then moved on to take on the role of manager for the Paris region, where I assigned staff to tasks, trained and monitored the instructors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I was then offered a job as operational coordinator.  The aim was to monitor all customer operations at operational level, i.e. from allocation to results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I then moved up to Client Manager, where I was given a client portfolio to oversee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over the last few years, I've left sales to concentrate on managing the operational teams (i.e. the Field Managers and the Call Centre Merchandising).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>You went on maternity leave, how did your return go?<\/u>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It's hard to get back on track after 8 months away... Some things you forget, but others come back very quickly...<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We set you a course and then we're off again!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>Let's take a look back at how the company operated 15 years ago in your department.<\/u>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We had minitels to give our results! LOL.  No kidding, society has changed enormously in 15 years!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I arrived in a department of 4 people with just 1 PC! Now it's unthinkable!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We called every time clock to check on the presence of our operatives... One person sent all the faxes manually for each operation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>What has been your proudest achievement in your career?<\/u> ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Managing 12 people is a real challenge!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I've spent some wonderful years supporting the whole team, with some real moments of joy and some real challenges.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>Can you explain your new role to us<\/u>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I'm now very happy to be able to continue supporting the Merchandising Assignment Managers and the Animation Field Managers, but this time I'm managing their Managers, Audrey Maggio and Frederic Thuiller, who are in charge of the Assignment Manager and Field Manager teams respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This new organisation frees up my time to devote to the overall management of the business and, above all, to the introduction of new digital tools for our teams and field staff. Long gone are the days of the minitel!!!!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>Why now<\/u>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Because we are in the 2.0 era. We have to act now to change our working methods and ensure that SIG meets the needs of its customers as well as the comfort of our employees in the field.  It's a major challenge!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The entire company will be impacted, as it will be involved at every level. All departments will have to adopt and appropriate new tools and technologies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The electronic signature is our 1<sup>er<\/sup> challenge, but we still have many other ideas for moving towards global 'Digitalisation'.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>What are the benefits for stakeholders<\/u>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are several. For example, electronic signature... A service provider will no longer need to send his employment contract by post = time saving, security and comfort. And yes, they'll always have their contract with them when they're on site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Our aim is to make 100% digital for greater responsiveness and flexibility!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>Why do you think SIG chose you for this role?<\/u>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through my career, I've been able to approach every stage of an assignment. I know the operational and commercial requirements, but also the human ones.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><u>Conclusion<\/u>...<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It's a big challenge, but a very motivating one. Of course, I'm not the only one deciding on the company's digital strategy. All the employees are involved.
