I am <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">in charge of human resources at SIG<\/span> for nearly 3 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What better way to find out about a job than to go out and do it for real! So I volunteered to take part in a commando installation of a new high-tech product in a shop...<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respecting the customer's merchandising standards, cleaning the furniture, security systems, installing POS displays... after helping to write the recruitment advert, it was now my turn to put it into practice!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Friday 22 September: D-Day.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arriving for the opening of the Boulanger shop in Coigni\u00e8res (78), it was with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">want<\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">apprehension<\/span> I was passing through the security centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I had a busy schedule ahead of me: 4 products to install and secure, 2 tarpaulins and 1 graphic to put in place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Don't forget anything, do things in the right order, apply the advice - my TO DO was ready.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But that's without taking into account the realities on the ground, those little unforeseen events that make you lose track and give you the bitter feeling that you're no longer in control...<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After 4 calls to the dedicated Hotline, 1 alarm triggered on a piece of furniture, 1 SIM card forgotten in a telephone, a few blisters on my fingers and all this in 4 and a half hours... my report was FINALLY sent and validated by the Hotline....<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">This great adventure has given me a better understanding of the day-to-day work of the BAs (Brand Advocates) and our merchandisers. <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">A few hours of stressful but highly instructive \"Vis ma Vie\".<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Thank you to our lovely Julie TACHE for this testimonial!<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mercredi 30 ao\u00fbt 2017\u00a0: une bonne \u00e9l\u00e8ve.
